Job Overview:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and elevating the entire food and beverage department. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive culinary excellence, manage restaurant operations, and create a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities:

Culinary Leadership:

  • Develop and execute innovative and high-quality menus that align with market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste across all outlets.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor culinary and service staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance.

Customer Experience:

  • Focus on creating a memorable dining experience for guests by maintaining high service standards.
  • Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Vendor Relationships:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective sourcing of ingredients and supplies.

Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Implement and enforce proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budget management experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management.
