Job Title: Unity Asset Animator

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Unity Asset Animator to join our team and bring life to our game assets through dynamic animations. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling through motion and a strong grasp of Unity’s animation tools.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality animations for characters, environments, objects, and effects using Unity.
Work closely with designers and developers to ensure animations align with gameplay requirements and artistic vision.
Rig and skin 3D models for animation when necessary.
Optimize animations for performance while maintaining quality.
Collaborate with team members to integrate animations seamlessly into the game engine.
Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues within Unity.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Animator, preferably in game development .
Proficiency in Unity and its animation systems (e.g., Animator Controller, Animation Rigging).
Strong skills in rigging, skinning, and animating 3D assets .
Familiarity with industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
Understanding of animation principles and how they translate to interactive media.
Ability to take direction and feedback while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience with motion capture workflows.
Knowledge of game development pipelines and asset optimization.
Familiarity with scripting in Unity (e.g., C#).
Previous experience working on shipped titles or projects.
