Description:

OCH Technologies is looking for a Technical Recruiter to facilitate full-cycle recruitment. The Technical Recruiter will perform recruiting efforts to fill IT positions while assisting the People Operations team in departmental and company-wide initiatives.

Core responsibilities include executing full-cycle recruitment such as writing job postings, sourcing and interviewing candidates, providing recommendations for hire, and conducting reference checks. Additional duties involve developing and maintaining candidate pipelines, leveraging technology and data for candidate sourcing (including social media, job boards, and ATS), attending weekly meetings to discuss open positions and strategy, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills, supporting the business development team for RFP efforts, providing regular updates on pipeline metrics, and assisting with departmental and company-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in technical, human resources, or similar field OR four (4) years of additional experience.

At least 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in a government contracting environment are required.

Candidates should have knowledge of digital, traditional, and innovative sourcing tools and channels, understanding of HR databases, ATS, candidate management systems, and working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Preferred qualifications are experience with Paylocity and Smartsheet, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Other required skills: motivated and adaptive team player, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, act with integrity and confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
