At Syndesus, we’re building the future of AI talent acquisition — and we’re looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are ready to help us scale. 

This isn’t your typical outbound sales role. We’ve validated a new product line connecting companies with senior AI talent, and demand is strong. Now, we’re building a smart, agile sales team to take our success to the next level. 

In this role, you’ll combine classic outbound sales techniques — cold calling, multi-channel outreach, and engaging multiple stakeholders — with cutting-edge AI tools and strategies that make your outreach smarter and more efficient.

What You’ll Do 

  • Own top-of-funnel outreach to prospective customers, focusing on companies seeking senior AI talent 

  • Build and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns — including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, video messages, and more 

  • Identify and engage multiple stakeholders within each target account, from hiring managers to technical leaders and procurement teams 

  • Use AI tools and data platforms to prioritize accounts, uncover insights, and personalize outreach at scale 

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and improve outreach strategies based on what’s working 

  • Take part in ongoing training to master AI-enabled sales methodologies, giving you skills that will set you apart as a modern sales professional 

  • Contribute directly to Syndesus’ revenue growth and customer acquisition efforts 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience in an SDR or BDR role, with a track record of success in cold calling and multi-channel outreach 

  • Experience working multi-threaded deals, where you engage multiple stakeholders within the same account 

  • Curious and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in learning and applying AI tools to your sales process 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal — you know how to personalize outreach and create messages that resonate 

  • Experience in tech, talent acquisition, or staffing is helpful but not required — we care more about your hustle, adaptability, and willingness to learn
