JOB TITLE: Occupational Therapist I

STATUS: Part time or Full Time 

HOURS/SHIFTS: Flexible between 8-6pm

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional therapies in a vibrant and supportive multi-disciplinary environment filled with OTs, PTs and SLPs. We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team and help us make a positive impact on children’s lives while having a blast doing it!

What You’ll Do:

• Empower Young Learners and Movers: Work with children to enhance their skills, independence and confidence through playful and innovative therapy sessions. 
• Create Magical Moments: Develop and deliver creative therapy plans that turn learning into a fun adventure. Use your skills and enthusiasm to help families achieve their goals and ensure every child’s journey with us is both effective and enjoyable.
• Collaborate with Heart: Partner with our fantastic team of therapists and support staff, contributing to a collaborative and fun work environment.
• Bring Your Ideas: We love fresh perspectives! Share your innovative ideas for therapy techniques, activities, programs and ways to enhance our practice.

Who You Are:

• Certified Credentials: You have a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university and an active Virginia state license

We are a fast growing multi-disciplinary Pediatric Therapy Practice with the sole mission to provide high quality therapy solutions based on the individual needs of children and families. We provide Occupational, Physical, Speech Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to children birth to 18 years of age in the home, community, Telehealth and clinic-based settings.
