ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Financial Results

Work with Management Teams to achieve weekly sales targets and positive YOY comp sales.
Achieve profitability to meet targeted flow thru.
Talent Staffing & Development

Maintain adequate management and kitchen level manpower plans for both current and upcoming new store opening needs.
Develop Management and hourly Team Members through one-on-one coaching, goal setting, and quarterly training targets.
Compliance

Ensure SOP (standard operational procedures) is followed.
Achieve target labor hours compared to schedule guide.
Customer Service

Provide genuine hospitality; positively affect interactions with Customers and Team Members.
Resolve Customer complaints and respond to positive feedback in a timely manner.
New Store Openings

Salary Range $75,000 to 90,000

Requirements/Responsibilities

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Demonstrated success in financial and people management.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
Good communication and basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Position requires assisting operations during peak operational demands.
Effectively orchestrate 10 weeks ramp up to the opening and predetermined ramp down schedule.
Assist Buddy DMs in neighboring districts.

Requirements:

- 3 years plus in multi-unit restaurant supervisory experience; college degree preferred but not necessary.
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week with availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Food Safety Manager Certification is required.
Successfully pass background and reference check process.
