Job Description

The Consumer Bank Product and Local Marketing team is responsible for launching new products and strategic initiatives, supporting the growth of 500 Chase branches over the next three years, collaborating with our Community Managers to deliver financial health education, and expanding our engagement with our Chase Private Clients through experiential events.

As a Product Marketing Lead within the Consumer Bank, you will support Chase's efforts to become the bank for all, building end-to-end marketing strategies that support our deposit products by improving access to banking and engaging customers with the ultimate goal of saving them money, building better financial health habits, and leveraging the products and features that Chase offers.

Job responsibilities:
  • Manage programs across the Product Marketing team, maintain budgets, and work closely with key partners in Data & Analytics, Brand, Campaign Execution, Public Relations, Events, Internal Communications, and the Field.
  • Conceptualize and lead the development of target customer definition, marketing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Develop an end-to-end customer journey strategy to assess the current customer experience, positive experiences, and pain points.
  • Work across the Consumer Bank marketing team to assess the pain points from a field, acquisition, and engagement perspective.
  • Own both product and relevance campaign messaging targeting.
  • Define metrics to monitor and measure impact, progress, and ROI for the marketing initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 7 years of marketing experience with expertise in strategy roles.
  • Experience telling stories through both verbal and written communication.
  • Excels at thinking holistically and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
