We are looking for a WordPress & Shopify Developer to join our team and assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing websites for our clients. We’re a dynamic, fast-growing agency dedicated to delivering high-quality web development solutions. If you have strong expertise in custom development, theme customization, and integrations within WordPress and Shopify, and enjoy working in a collaborative remote environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and functionality.
  • Customize and extend WordPress themes, plugins, and Shopify templates to meet project requirements.
  • Implement and integrate third-party APIs, applications, and custom functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems across different devices and browsers.
  • Work with the team to optimize website speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Automate tasks and streamline workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and other automation platforms.
  • Perform regular website maintenance, including updates, backups, security monitoring, and debugging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in WordPress, Shopify, and web development.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in WordPress and Shopify development (not just design).
  • Strong experience in PHP, Liquid (Shopify), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Proficiency in customizing themes, developing plugins (WordPress), and extending Shopify functionality.
  • Experience with database management, troubleshooting, and website optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git version control, staging environments, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Shopify metafields, headless commerce setups, and Shopify Scripts is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience working remotely or as a freelancer/contractor for at least 2 years.
