Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated early career Technical Recruiter to join our team and support both Valore Partners and ValoreMVP. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in technical recruiting, exceptional communication skills, and a keen enthusiasm for aligning talented individuals with promising career opportunities.\r\r Valore Partners and ValoreMVP are dynamic, technology-focused companies with a long track record of success. Valore Partners specializes in delivering robust custom software solutions and consulting services, while ValoreMVP focuses on technology staffing, connecting top tech talent with leading organizations.\r\rResponsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various technical positions; partnering with leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and define skill sets required to meet staffing objectives; utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent; managing the full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding; expanding the candidate pool through proactive sourcing; and establishing Valore Partners and ValoreMVP as an employer of choice among technology professionals.

Requirements:

Understanding various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to effectively screen and assess candidates. Proficient research skills enabling swift comprehension of highly complex technical roles. Ability to clearly convey job requirements and engage with candidates and hiring managers. Building rapport with candidates and maintaining professional relationships.\r\rProficient with recruitment software and platforms to streamline the hiring process. Efficiently managing multiple job openings and candidate pipelines. Successfully negotiating job offers and terms with candidates. Ensuring accuracy in job descriptions, candidate evaluations, and interview processes.\r\r2-5 years of experience recruiting technical and supporting roles, preferably within a consulting or staffing firm.
