Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tax Accountant & Bookkeeper to join our team! If you have 2-3 years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, tax preparation, and bookkeeping, we'd love to hear from you. Our firm provides a wide range of services, including tax consulting, financial planning, insurance, investments, and real estate advisory.

### Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Licenses/Certifications:
- QuickBooks Certification or Proficiency required

### Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Tax Preparation:
- Prepare C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, Trust, and Individual tax returns from start to finish
- Ensure federal and state compliance in tax filings

Technical & Software Proficiency:
- Experience with tax preparation software (Lacerte preferred, but not required)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Adobe
- Strong computer and time management skills

Communication & Organization:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
