Service Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure efficient and cost-effective repair results that meet order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets. Each day, you will coordinate and manage plant equipment, personnel, and repair processes (quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and proper productivity level). You will also showcase your expertise by driving continuous improvement culture and implementation of improvements to achieve service excellence. You will be mainly accountable for: Handling day-to-day operations and management of the repair center and service inventory control. Overseeing third-party logistics companies for shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Creating, implementing, and reviewing workshop operations strategy based on the overall service business strategy. Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer service experience in workshop activities.
