Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

This position is part of a shared department across multiple companies and locations, so attention to detail is essential. You will be cross-trained in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other high-level administrative tasks. This role requires careful allocation of income and expenses to the correct company or location.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Excel
• Detail-oriented
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Motivated and adaptable
• Willingness to ask questions
