Position Details:

Start Date: ASAP for the 2025-2026 school year
Hours: Part-time (10-20 hours per week, building caseload)
Compensation: Starting at $45/hour, commensurate with experience
Location: 100% Remote

Qualifications:

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oregon (or eligible to become licensed)
Passionate about working with K-12 students in a remote setting
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Previous experience in providing speech-language therapy services (preferred)
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop personalized therapy plans and goals based on individual assessments
Provide direct therapy services in areas such as articulation, language comprehension, fluency, and more
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals in educational settings
Use evidence-based practices and activities to support speech and language development
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Document sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information promptly and accurately
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on speech and language goals

Preferred Skills:

Experience in teletherapy or online counseling
Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and assistive technology (not required but a plus)
