Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within ServiceNow.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.

Qualifications :

Experience in ServiceNow ITSM configuration and development.
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integrations.
Ability to design and implement Service Catalog and Self-Service Portal solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Federal Experience is a plus.
Required Security clearance.
