Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Specialist

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules to meet business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within ServiceNow.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.

Qualifications :

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM configuration and development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL framework.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integrations.
• Ability to design and implement Service Catalog and Self-Service Portal solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
