Position Responsibilities:   Drives and optimizes Retail and Food Service on Premise (FSOP) execution and operational performance of the Field Sales teams across the company.  Coordinates Field Sales, Customer, Commercial, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and the rest of the Sales Operations team to implement and improve routines, initiatives, and tools. Supports the strategy development to deliver assigned annual volume, profit, and share growth plans for the company Collaborates with Sales Operations Leadership team to plan, develop, and implement multi-year field execution measurement and improvement strategy Travel up to 50% Other projects or duties as assigned  Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:    ~ Bachelor's Degree with 12 plus years of related experience and 8 plus years of management experience  Preferred Education and Experience:   ~ Master’s Degree  Benefits: At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
