Summary

The Senior Analyst - AHQ (Americas Headquarters) Finance Planning & Audit role is part of a team of four or five and reports directly to the AHQ Finance Planning & Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial and operational risk management, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share ideas to support effective and reliable business processes. As a member of the Internal Audit team, you will encounter diverse challenges and play a pivotal role in strengthening our control environment.

Responsibilities
  • Gather financial and operational data from all affiliates, conduct a thorough analysis to identify operational inefficiencies or anomalies in financial performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement
    • Contribute to the preparation and design of audit engagements, ensuring they are carried out with effectiveness and efficiency
    • Execute testing activities in accordance with the established audit framework
    • Maintain thorough and well-structured documentation of audit work papers
  • Assist in drafting comprehensive audit documentation, including preliminary reports summarizing key findings for discussion during closing meetings
    • Monitor and evaluate corrective actions taken in response to audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness
  • Provide support for specialized reviews and internal audit initiatives as directed by management
    • Perform research and handle administrative assignments as needed
    • Participate in training and professional development activities
    • Other duties as assigned
Compensation

$58,000 - $63,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

  • Training inAccounting Required
  • CPA, CIA, CISA License or Certificate Preferred
