We are looking for an SDR Manager.

Ideal candidate will live in either Ohio, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Maine or Georgia.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SDR Manager. As an SDR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a group of SDRs that will expand our customer base by generating new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team. They will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our managed IT services and solutions.
Position Overview :
The Sales Development Representative Manager will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and coaching a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve lead generation and sales development goals. This individual will play a key role in the growth of the company by optimizing sales processes, driving team performance, and ensuring high-quality leads are passed to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for helping their team succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Team Leadership & Development : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDRs, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the SDR team to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Performance Management : Monitor, track, and analyze team performance through KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to improve performance.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Oversee the qualification of inbound and outbound leads, ensuring the SDR team generates high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and strategies to drive results.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Regularly report on the team's performance and sales metrics to senior leadership, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and refine the SDR processes and strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and lead quality.
  • Recruiting & Hiring : Assist in the recruitment and hiring of SDR team members, ensuring a high-performing and diverse team.
Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative Manager.
  • Proven experience in building an SDR Team…creating scripts, processes, etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and process improvements.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
COMPENSATION: $125,000 base with first year OTE of $165,000
