Job Description

Salesforce Sales Cloud Developer with at least 5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. The role is available in Sunnyvale, CA (with a hybrid schedule of 3 days remote) and Austin, TX (requiring full-time onsite presence from day one).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customization and Configuration: Tailor Salesforce Sales Cloud features to align with specific business requirements, including the development of custom workflows, process automation, and third-party integrations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud-based solutions, particularly focusing on the Service Cloud platform.

  • Development and Implementation: Utilize Salesforce technologies to create customizations, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.

  • Maintenance and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Cloud functionality and integrations, maintaining system integrity and performing regular updates.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies and best practices to enhance Service Cloud capabilities continually.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce API integrations (REST, SOAP).

  • Salesforce Configuration: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations, such as object and field customization, workflow automation, validation rules, and approval processes.

  • Data Management: Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader and Salesforce Import Wizard.

  • Security Acumen: Understanding of Salesforce security settings, roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and effective task management and prioritization.
