JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and embark on a journey of learning and development. This early talent career program will help you learn about our business operations and specifically the Sales operations which will give you the chance to actively work on projects and tasks across the function.

JOB DESCRIPTION DETALS

Responsibilities

• Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed. 
• Work in your assigned area of expertise within the Sales Operations Team and experience first-hand the responsibilities tied to the function. 
• Learn how to use our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce 
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. 
• Assist and support the team with administrative duties. 
• Actively participate in mentor and team activities. 
• Attend weekly team and department meetings. 
• Apply academic knowledge to real life scenarios. 
• Perform additional duties as needed.  

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills. 
• Availability to work a 40-hour week within standard business hours throughout the summer. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience 

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field at an accredited university. 
• Graduate students, or undergraduate students who have completed at least 1 full year of undergraduate course work preferred. 
• Have taken a Sales/Marketing course while attending university.

Total Rewards Package: 

Compensation: 

• Base: $22-$25 hourly (CO), based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
