Education & Experience Requirements:
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics.
7+ years of commercial management or product marketing experience within a leading semiconductor company.
Strong preference for candidates with a semiconductor process engineering background.
What You'll Do:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs and market demands.
Leadership & Strategy
Analyze customer needs and industry trends to develop strategic sales approaches.
Synthesize complex data into actionable insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels, from technicians to senior executives.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team across marketing, development, field service, and technical support.
Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while demonstrating diplomacy and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
Sales & Business Management
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales objectives.
Qualify business opportunities, track forecasts, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract completion and customer onboarding.
Conduct high-level sales presentations and coordinate with engineering teams for technical discussions.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to maximize value for both customers and the company.
Expand market share by positioning technology solutions to address customer challenges.
Maintain comprehensive account records, including forecasts, call reports, and sales documentation.
Customer & Relationship Management
Establish deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across customer organizations.
Advocate for customers by aligning internal teams with their evolving needs and technological directions.
Support customer processes, including system-level negotiations, purchase orders, and order forecasting.
Serve as a primary escalation contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth issue resolution.
Communication & CollaborationEffectively communicate business opportunities and risks to internal leadership.
Lead and manage customer meetings, including preparing agendas, summarizing discussions, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain a well-organized and accurate sales forecast to support strategic planning.
Facilitate interactions between customers and internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and technical support.
