Job Description

Cynet is seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Manager to lead strategic business operations from our US office. This pivotal role bridges strategy and execution, providing data-driven insights and innovative solutions to accelerate growth.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Operations, you will collaborate across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance, building scalable processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency. You will also provide direct support to sales representatives through deal desk operations, ensuring smooth execution of complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to optimize operations and enhance decision-making.
  • Develop and implement data-driven analyses to improve GTM efficiency.
  • Lead cadence activities: QBRs, forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
  • Oversee sales process improvements, including territory planning and quota management.
  • Provide daily support to sales reps, addressing deal structuring, pricing, and approvals via deal desk operations.
  • Own operational metrics such as pipeline growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Evaluate and implement sales technology to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and ensure accurate account and opportunity structures.

The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office once to two times a week.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Preference for experience with Channel MSSPs and MSPs
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong background in data analytics and operational methodologies.
  • Proven ability to architect and maintain reports and dashboards.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical, innovative, and solutions-focused.
