Your Role as a Life, Accident & Health Insurance Agency Mentor

📌 Onboard & Train New Agents – Guide them through licensing, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
📌 Coach Agents on Best Practices – Provide one-on-one and group training to help agents improve sales skills and client relationships.
📌 Support Agents in Closing Sales – Assist in presentations, policy structuring, and overcoming objections.
📌 Monitor Performance & Provide Feedback – Track agent progress, set goals, and offer personalized improvement plans.
📌 Ensure Compliance & Ethical Selling – Uphold industry regulations and company standards to maintain client trust.

What We’re Looking For in an Agency Mentor

✅ Licensed Insurance Professional – Must hold or be willing to obtain a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license .
✅ Proven Sales Experience – Background in life, accident, or health insurance sales is strongly preferred.
✅ Passion for Coaching & Mentorship – A natural leader who enjoys teaching, guiding, and helping others grow.
✅ Strong Communication & Leadership Skills – Ability to motivate, inspire, and provide constructive feedback .
✅ Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRM software, virtual training tools, and digital communication platforms .
