POSITION OVERVIEW:

Polk Express has immediate job openings for dependable Company Drivers and CDL Owner Operators to safely and efficiently operate a tractor trailer, and manage various loads to client locations on an assigned route schedule. Interested in becoming an Owner Operator? We have the opportunity with a lease purchase program with no balloon payment at the end. You will own the equipment out right.

Qualifications:

• Preferable Three (3) years, verifiable Tractor Trailer driving experience.
• No more than 2 moving violations in any motor vehicle within the past 3 years
• No license suspension or disqualification for traffic convictions within the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol (DUI/DWI) related convictions or incidents within the last 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to transport goods across designated routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• No touch freight. Just sit back and relax.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate deliveries and address any issues.
