Position: Director of First Impressions As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities - Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and organized.

- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications - Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
