The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of software, products, and systems. This role confirms that products or services meet established standards. It involves various aspects of data work including entry, analysis, research, and management. Key tasks include developing and executing test plans, creating test cases and scripts, documenting findings, reporting defects, and tracking resolutions. The role also includes generating reports, conducting system audits, and evaluating data from both internal and external sources. The primary goal is to ensure products meet functional requirements before being released to users.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan and implement product testing
Establish quality control procedures and scenarios
Review products for defects and errors
Conduct regression testing
Perform software compatibility tests and participate in software design reviews
Analyze test results and assist with product design improvements
Track product issue resolutions and progress
Ensure the final product meets functional standards
Evaluate software readiness for release and report defects
Drive continuous product improvements
Associate degree or two or more years of relevant experience required
Data reconciliation skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Critical thinking with a focus on process improvement
Ability to keep up with emerging technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical reasoning and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in team settings

Experience with Big Eval and/or Data Gaps BI Validator is a plus
