Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented legal professional that enjoys commercial contract management? Our client is seeking a Procurement Contract Analyst to join their dynamic team and support the review, negotiation, and lifecycle management of supplier agreements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and achieve risk management objectives.

Procurement Contract Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and finalize various contractual instruments, including licensing agreements, service agreements, consulting agreements, and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement Counsel and Strategic Sourcing professionals, to support procurement activities
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of contract language and strategies to business teams
  • Ensure contract compliance with company policies and advise on key commercial and legal considerations
  • Maintain and disseminate information regarding contract activity and criteria
  • Stay informed on best practices related to contract structures, legal terms, and industry regulations
Procurement Contract Analyst Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
  • 1+ year of experience reviewing commercial contracts within a corporate legal or finance department
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to safeguard confidentiality
  • Adaptability to new software and feedback in a dynamic environment
