Job Description: As a Occupational Therapist at Dinuba Healthcare, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of functional independence. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with a variety of medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the functional abilities and needs of residents.
• Develop, implement personalized treatment plans, and therapy programs.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications to enhance daily living skills.
• Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment plans, as necessary.
• Educate residents and their families on techniques and strategies to support recovery and promote independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
