About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Manager to lead and support a team of Lead Therapists while contributing directly to client care. This role is ideal for a licensed or registered SLP, SLP Assistant, OT, or COTA with leadership experience and a commitment to fostering therapist growth and retention.
What You’ll Do:

✔️ Licensed or registered as an SLP, SLP Assistant, OT, or COTA in North Carolina (or in process)
✔️ 2-5 years of experience in your field, with 1-3 years in a leadership role
✔️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
✔️ A collaborative, positive attitude and dedication to Speech Inspirations' mission
Role Details & Compensation:
Location: North Carolina (Hybrid Role: Community-Based, Office-Based, and Teletherapy Settings)
Position Type: Full-Time - 50% Clinical / 50% Non-Clinical
