Occupational Therapist (Pediatric; Full-Time)
or
Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatric; Full-Time)

Aspire Therapy & Development Services, a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, is seeking a licensed OT or SLP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children and families, and desires to work within a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team at our Madison and Verona clinics located in beautiful south-central Wisconsin!


We’re especially seeking candidates with experience or interest in pediatric feeding therapy. The ideal team member has supported children with a range of feeding needs—from sensory-based food aversions to skill-based challenges—and finds joy in helping families make mealtimes more successful and less stressful. If you’ve helped children expand their diets, improve oral motor skills, or transition to age-appropriate textures and feeding methods, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is a full-time position (Mon-Fri, no evenings or weekends). Specific clinic location is to be determined. Depending on candidate's expertise and team needs, our therapists may also occasionally see clients in the private schools we support.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and interventions of children with physical and/or developmental delays.
  • Collaborate with the Aspire team to provide appropriate therapy for patient.
  • Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
  • Provide expertise and education to our multidisciplinary team. Consult with other disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Current Wisconsin DSPS license or eligibility for license.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting or in a clinical rotation is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to grow in your skills.
