AmeriPro Roofing, a Nationwide leader in Residential Roofing, Siding and Gutter replacement, is immediately hiring a Mobile Applications Develope r to join our corporate development team.  This is NOT contract work or temporary. This is a full-time W2 position.  Our corporate office is in Downers Grove.  After 90 days, we offer a hybrid WFH schedule. 

We are looking for someone to grow with the organization as we evolve our systems and processes.  The Mobile Application Developer will work in a small team environment.  They will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, building, and deploying of our Mobile canvassing application.  This individual will be able to drive the programming of well-constructed, scalable, and testable code.

The ideal candidate will have a broad technical background, a solid understanding of applicable analytics, and a natural curiosity for producing effective solutions. This person is patient, has excellent time-management skills, and practices of an effective communication style.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop –Foster and engineer software solutions from conception to deployment. Evaluate customer requirements and determine existing product reach, potential restrictions, and future development feasibility. Work independently while testing all software in a fluid environment, facilitating verification and quality assurance throughout.
• Coordinate and support – Maintain direct communication with the management and end users to understand needs throughout the software development lifecycle. Work with the engineering team to execute timely and cost-effective solutions. Provide on-going support and maintenance to the end users as needed.
• Work alongside and develop with a small team of developers.  Mentor and delegate tasks to other developers and monitor other crucial systems.
• Administer reviews, create workflows for the team, and maintain task priority.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or mathematics (preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years working on mobile application development
• Proficient in Dart, Flutter, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, APIs, and Webhooks
• Prefer experience also with PHP, Azure, and GitHub, Power Bi and Data Warehousing
• 3-5 years of experience full stack development
• Knowledge of all engineering tools and applications and programming languages

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $80,000 to $100,000 / year (based on experience)
