Mobile Application Developer (Flutter to React Native Migration)
Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Contract to Hire (W2 ONLY NO C-C)


My client is a forward-thinking company that is seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer to join our team and lead the migration of our existing Flutter applications to React Native.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the migration of mobile applications from Flutter to React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in React Native.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Mobile Application Developer with a strong portfolio of Flutter and React Native projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GitHub pipelines and Internalization
• Experience with SQL and .NET
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the developer community.

Estimated Min Rate: $65
Estimated Max Reate: $70
