We are growing and looking for an experienced car wash maintenance manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the car wash industry. Tunnel installation is a plus and the position will pay based on experience. Come join a growing team at Prime Car Wash!

As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Manager , you will perform preventative maintenance, and overall functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room. Oversee and repair all facility needs at our (6) central Indianapolis locations.

This position requires an individual that is self-motivated, able to manage time, proficient at multi-tasking, and pays great attention to detail and safety.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS:

• Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control
• Manage and lead a staff of 2-4 maintenance techs
• Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
• High level of knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
• Will work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order
• Ability to read blue prints
• Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs and manage inventory system
• Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
• Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
• Manage monthly maintenance expense report
• Will keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained

Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training.
