Position: Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Residents, or Supervisees (Pediatric Mental Health)
Location: Hybrid Remote - Fredericksburg, VA
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract
Pay Range: $61.00 - $130.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week
About the Role:
We are excited to welcome compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our rapidly growing pediatric mental health team. We are currently seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), and Residents/Supervisees to work in our outpatient pediatric center. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a team of Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners to provide comprehensive care. You'll support children and teens (ages 5-21) facing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiant disorder, and more. Your efforts will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our young patients, helping them achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic support to children and adolescents dealing with mild to moderate emotional and behavioral challenges.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients.
Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive therapeutic environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards in treatment.
Qualifications:
Current Virginia License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or actively working toward licensure as a Resident/Supervisee.
At least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents in a relevant setting.
If licensed, the candidate must be eligible or currently able to panel with all major insurance carriers.
Requirements:
Ability to panel with major insurance carriers is required for licensed candidates.
Must be committed to providing high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents.
