Inter-Orient Services/Noble Shipping is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator role will be responsible for handling Ocean & Air import freight forwarding. This is a role that has growth potential and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Handling documentation, tracking, shipment status updates, customs releases, ISF data entry, opening and managing files.
• Customer service and rate quotations. Communicate with overseas offices & agents for shipment booking, tracking & tracing.
• Working with trucking companies, warehousing, shippers & consignees for coordinate & delivery of shipments.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to imports, including customs clearance and shipping delays.
• 2-3 years of experience is desired. Will provide training for the position.
• Assist in other functions as required by the company.

Skills:

• Should have an understanding of international freight forwarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and email/phone communication.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
