Job Title: Interior Designer
Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team, specializing in commercial interior design projects. The successful candidate will utilize Revit to develop detailed interior drawings, create renderings, and execute comprehensive design plans. This role involves space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination. Client outreach and customer-facing duties are also integral to this position.
Responsibilities - Develop interior drawings for commercial projects using Revit
- Create high-quality renderings for commercial interior projects
- Execute all areas of interior design projects, including space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings and equipment
- Coordinate lighting and color schemes
- Engage in client outreach and perform customer-facing duties
Essential Skills - 5+ years of experience in interior design for commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, signage, art, and color schemes
- Experience with workplace interiors, hospital interiors, and large-scale building interiors
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Registered Interior Designer
- Experience in architecture, space planning, rendering, and commercial interiors
- Strong skills in space planning and lighting fixtures
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work environment with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The team consists of 12-14 interior designers, and the Director of Interiors will manage the team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
