This growing healthcare organization in Central Montana is seeking an Infusion Clinic Nursing Manager to lead a dedicated team in a well-established outpatient clinic. The Infusion Clinic Nursing Manager will report to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and work closely with the Directors of Outpatient Clinical Services. This role will oversee a team of clinical staff and will collaborate with nursing directors, providers, and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and high standards of care.

The Infusion Clinic Nursing Manager will manage a fast-paced outpatient environment where the team handles a variety of infusion therapies. This role will work with skilled clinical staff, including nurses and other healthcare professionals, to maintain efficient workflows and ensure safety and patient satisfaction. The clinic is committed to maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and continual staff education.

The Infusion Clinic Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including staff management, orientation, and competency assessments. This role will ensure quality improvement initiatives are followed, assist with regulatory compliance, and develop policies and procedures to streamline operations. The Infusion Clinic Nursing Manager will also play a key role in hiring, training, and mentoring staff, creating a culture of teamwork and professional growth.
