We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources. This internship will provide exposure to key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR workflow automation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations in a fast-paced business environment.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding of new hires by preparing documentation, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Help maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
Research and support HR workflow automation projects in Rippling.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus but not required.
Hands-on HR experience in a growing mortgage and real estate company.
Exposure to HR tech tools, including Rippling, for workflow automation.
