• Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 per year
• Starting Bonus: Sign-on bonus offered

Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family/Adult care to join an established hospitalist team at a renowned general hospital. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the efficient management of hospital medicine services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a hospital setting, including conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring timely follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, manage treatment protocols, and perform procedures as needed.
• Document patient encounters accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital protocols and standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner certification with Board Certification .
• Must hold a current NYS License .
• 1-2 years of acute care experience as a nurse or nurse practitioner preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative team approach.
• Willingness to work flexible, rotating 12-hour day shifts.

• Prior experience in hospital medicine or a hospitalist role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a continuous improvement mindset.
