What You’ll Do:
As the Office Admin , you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day office operations and working closely with the CEO to align departmental activities with company goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing a high volume of emails across multiple departments, ensuring timely follow-ups and prioritization.
  • Acting as a liaison between the CEO and departmental teams, facilitating clear communication and task delegation.
  • Monitoring departmental workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborating on special projects and providing executive-level support to the CEO.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: Proven background in office management or administrative roles, with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing tasks and communications.
  • Professional Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Gusto (experience with Ytel, Logics, SalesForce, or DPP/ Forth is a plus!)
  • Proactive: Self-motivated and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Team-Oriented: A natural collaborator who enjoys building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
