Disney Theatrical Group is seeking a highly organized individual to work as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Production. This individual will ensure professional, flexible, and efficient office operations to help maximize the value of the executive’s work time, as well as the time of the many staff members and external partners working with him. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude with the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible. This individual must ensure an adaptable and friendly office environment, manage the constant flow of information across multiple projects, be a team player and proactively coordinate the demanding work hours and meeting schedule of the VP. Passion and/or interest in the business of theater is important.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $55,800 to $74,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
