We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events hosted by Property Soar. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing internal and external events

  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, catering, and materials

  • Communicate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure event requirements are met

  • Prepare event documentation, schedules, and promotional materials

  • Support on-site execution and provide hands-on assistance during events

  • Track event expenses and help maintain event budgets

  • Collect feedback and assist in post-event evaluations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or administrative support

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
