Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of company events and client campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced team environment. This role involves close coordination with our event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the organization and execution of company events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment
Manage event calendars and maintain schedules to meet critical deadlines
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams during event planning and execution
Prepare and organize event materials, reports, and documentation
Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during events
Ensure post-event evaluations and reports are completed
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and time management
Willingness to take initiative and work independently or in a team
Previous experience in event coordination or related administrative role is preferred
