Role Overview

As an Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless planning and execution of events. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and our team to ensure every detail is in place—from conceptualization to the final event experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your event planning career and gain hands-on experience with a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations at every stage.

  • Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors, venues, and contractors to secure the best options for events, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

  • On-Site Event Management: Oversee event logistics on the day of, ensuring everything runs according to plan, and managing on-site staff and volunteers.

  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met while providing excellent customer service.

  • Logistical Support: Handle event-related logistics such as managing guest lists, coordinating transportation, arranging accommodations, and preparing event materials.

  • Event Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting events through digital marketing and social media, ensuring the event gains visibility and attendance.

  • Budget Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking budgets for events, ensuring costs are managed and providing post-event reports to clients.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Experience: Experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas to make events stand out.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

  • Team Player: A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and willingness to contribute to team success.
