Our Company is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for our customers. Our team is passionate, creative, and committed to excellence, and we are looking for a dedicated Events Assistant to join our mission to deliver exceptional events, perform a variety of event marketing tasks, engage the community, and build brand awareness through proactive, effective communication. As a key member of our event planning and retail operations, you’ll assist in organizing events that drive traffic, engagement, and sales. 

As an Event Assistant, you’ll play an important role in ensuring the success of each event and contributing to overall sales growth while providing an outstanding customer experience. 

Event Assistant Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Event Assistant team to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space that aligns with brand standards. 
• Participate in Event Assistant meetings to understand their vision and requirements for each event.
• Chat with customers, qualify leads, and close sales.
• Track event performance, measure sales impact, and gather customer feedback to improve future events. 
• Support post-event evaluations, including gathering feedback and preparing reports. 
• Ensure high standards of service and professionalism during events, contributing to strong sales outcomes.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns. 
• Process sales transactions with digital devices.

Event Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or event planning preferred.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• A passion for sales and creating memorable experiences for customers. 
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
