Job Description

This Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an associate with 3+ years' of litigation experience in California. Prior work in product liability, toxic tort or environmental litigation is a plus, but the position is open to other litigators willing to focus on these areas. Excellent writing skills, academic credentials, and interpersonal skills are required. Your job performance may include but is not limited to:
Analyze and investigate litigation matters
Develop arguments (including researching applicable caselaw)
Assist in all phases of litigation including arguing and defending motions, taking and defending depositions, and participation at trial
Prepare and review motions, briefs, and discovery
Report to partners and clients regarding case status

FT Opportunity. Hybrid: 2 to 3 days/week onsite. Candidate must be local.
