What You'll Do:
As an Entry Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring our team members have the best experience at MapleCraft Engineers. Your responsibilities will include:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist in recruiting, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles.
- Develop and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the company.
HR Compliance & Policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure company policies align with regulations.
- Assist in handling employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data and documentation.
Training & Development
- Support learning and development initiatives for employees.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor employee growth and provide recommendations for career development.
HR Administration & Benefits Management
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and company policies.
- Support HR analytics and reporting to improve HR strategies.
What We are Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR (internships or entry-level HR roles included).
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.
