Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, corporate gatherings, and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of various events


• Support the team with logistical arrangements and on-site execution


• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations


• Help manage event schedules and timelines effectively


• Maintain accurate records and documentation for events


• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management software


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
