Job Title:Entry Level Events Assistant
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of various events.
Support event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and breakdown tasks.
Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions for event themes, concepts, and activities.
Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and timelines.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure event requirements are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as event schedules dictate.
