About the Role: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital platforms. You'll also have the opportunity to support others on their personal growth journeys, building connections globally—all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Create, place, and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Generate and nurture leads through effective content marketing and follow-up
- Conduct short telephone or Zoom interviews with qualified prospects (scripting provided)
- Guide new team members and support associates within our professional community
- Attend and participate in weekly training sessions via Zoom
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine strategies
Skills and Attributes We Value: - Minimum of 3 years' experience in the workforce, preferably in marketing, communications, or sales
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
