Pinstripes is looking for a Digital Content Manager to grow audience engagement across all digital platforms. This role will be pivotal in driving the company's digital presence, brand awareness, and customer engagement through strategic content planning, creation, distribution, and optimization across various digital platforms. The Digital Content Manager will use available digital metrics and a keen knowledge of new and emerging technologies to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagement. The ideal candidate will have creative, technical, analytical and copywriting skills and will leverage brand voice and brand personality to write and edit content for social, email, and website including any other digital applications. He or she will manage all guest-facing engagement including online reputation management and will monitor, respond, and engage with customers on social media platforms, and other digital channels.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the company's objectives and target audience across all digital platforms including websites, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Manage strategy and execution of email marketing calendar- copy, creative direction and execution to various audiences.
  • Manage social media strategy including development of monthly content calendar, copywriting, asset creation and publishing across all social media sites.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including but not limited to articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats to drive audience engagement and conversion.
  • Develop strategic relationships with influencers and external content contributors, freelancers, agencies and partners to supplement in-house content creation efforts.
  • Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries across digital channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital content creation and distribution, and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance content effectiveness and audience reach.
  • Conduct regular content audits and performance analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, utilizing analytics tools to measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, design, product, and sales to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Implement and optimize the SEO strategy - research and define desired keywords and target audiences.
  • Manage the website editorial and publishing calendar to increase organic traffic to the website.
  • Inform strategy behind overall user experience across digital platforms and recommend content optimizations to build a seamless guest experience from first touchpoint to conversions.
  • Establish and continually enhance the online brand voice and tone, and monitor that all communications match those established guidelines, including reviews, social listening and responding and third party review sites.
  • Ensure effective and timely production of content by working closely with marketing team, photographers, contributors, designers, vendor partners and web developers to coordinate production schedules and complete projects on time.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on metrics to measure success of engagement and campaigns on monthly and quarterly performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in content creation, marketing, communications and a strong understanding of industry trends and the digital space - including web, social and emerging technologies.
  • Experience with web analytics platforms including Google Analytics and social media monitoring software.
  • Strong data and analytical skills to efficiently identify trends by market or demographics to drive awareness and intent.
  • Experience working in restaurant and/or entertainment industry is preferred.
  • Experience working with loyalty and/or CRMP programs is preferred.
  • Photography and /or videography skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, etc.
  • Proficient in content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication
